About Me

Hello, 

My name is Mai-Ann Nguyen.  

I hold a Bachelor of Journalism and a BA in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a minor in anthropology. I've previously worked for The Arizona Republic where I filed FOIA requests and compiled information from public records to aid in long-form investigative projects. I also interned for Houston Public Media, where I helped cover the 2020 election and the pandemic.
